A great western view for Colorado sunsets and a nearby hot tub along with an energetic group of teenagers called for the owner of this property to ask for a water feature and a new easier to use gas fireplace. The access to this property for materials was difficult so a large crane was used to move materials into the backyard. A low voltage lighting system was added to the water feature to increase evening enjoyment . Some of he existing large boulders were used for the bridge. This is now a house to enjoy the views with an easy to care for landscape.
